As a Fractional CFO, you’ll build financial models, guide fundraising, support M&A, and ensure financial compliance. Your insight helps clients manage risk, prioritize investments, and meet capital milestones.

 

Ideal Profile: Biotech, diagnostics, or SaaS/AI financial leadership experience. Skilled in budgeting, FP&A, valuations, and due diligence. Experience working with VCs or in IPO/SPAC environments

 

Fractional CSO

 

Scientific & Clinical Strategy.

Bridge Innovation to Market with Scientific Clarity. Clients need translational science expertise to de-risk R&D and align clinical programs with regulatory and commercial outcomes. AI, Healthtech, Platform Development.

Build Scalable Tech that Works in the Real World. Fractional CTOs are critical to guiding AI startups, digital health platforms, and medtech firms through product roadmap development, security, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR), and scaling infrastructure.

 

Ideal Profile: Strong hands-on tech and architecture experience in AI or healthtech. Experience building SaMD, Class I-III devices, or ML-based systems. Technical leadership with regulatory-savvy and startup agility
